Head of Sales
Salary: £100,000–£140,000 + equity
Location: East London / Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
Why this role
If you are at your best when commercial thinking, leadership and consumer insight all come together, this is the kind of role that can change your career. This role is a chance to lead a high-potential international sales function for a premium consumer lifestyle brand, where every decision matters and where your influence will be felt across growth, partnerships, customer experience and future strategy.
You will inherit a capable, well-drilled team and a business with real momentum. What they need now is a sales leader who can bring energy, sharp judgement and a modern, data-led approach to conversion.
What you’ll do
You will lead a small international sales team across the UK, Europe and the US, owning performance across the funnel from lead conversion and test ride attendance through to cancellations, close rates and overall sales outcomes. This is an inquiry-led, B2C model, so success will come from knowing how to turn marketing demand into revenue, using CRM insight, campaign data and clear KPIs to keep the team focused.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

About the company
Our client is a fast-growth British lifestyle and mobility brand redefining how premium electric vehicles are sold and experienced. Built around a direct-to-consumer model, the business combines strong product design, a distinctive brand and a customer journey that feels far more modern than traditional dealership-led sales. The company describes itself as a D2C manufacturer, built in Britain, with a mission centred on urban electric mobility.
Because the business is still lean, this role offers unusual exposure. You will work closely with senior leadership and gain visibility across commercial strategy, operations, customer experience and cross-functional delivery.
