About The Client
Our client is an international company specialising in a full infrastructure stack, including:
- Issuer & Acquirer processing
- White-label payment gateway solutions
- Digital banking platform development
The business is focused on rapid expansion across multiple regions, scaling its commercial function with a structured sales leadership approach.
Role Overview
Join our team as the Head of Sales—an influential role where you’ll:
- Define and execute a global sales strategy driving revenue growth
- Lead a high-performing international sales team across emerging markets
- Establish the company’s presence at key industry events and client engagements
This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the company’s commercial trajectory while contributing directly to ambitious business expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a holistic global sales strategy for payment infrastructure solutions
- Drive business development and revenue growth across established and new markets
- Identify growth opportunities, entering and scaling sales operations in new international regions
- Build, mentor, and scale an international sales team, ensuring high performance and accountability
- Set and monitor clear KPIs, aligned with commercial objectives and market goals
- Act as the principal company representative for board, investor, and industry-facing engagements
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and IT teams to aligning sales strategies with business priorities

Requirements
Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years in payments technology sales (issuers, acquirers, fintech/Bank partnerships)
- 3+ years leading sales teams, with a track record of revenue strategy execution
- Proven ability to sell complex payment solutions to high-value clients (Banks/Fintechs)
- Hands-on experience in expanding into new markets, driving tractable growth
- Deep understanding of the payment ecosystem, including Acquirer, Issuer and embedded finance trends
