Head Of Sales – European Wholesale

Are you a commercially driven sales leader who thrives on accelerating growth, building high-performing teams, and making a tangible impact?

We’re partnering with an award-winning beauty brand to recruit an exceptional Head of Sales who will lead the next phase of its European wholesale growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a privately owned, entrepreneurial business where decisions are made quickly, ambition is encouraged, and success is recognised.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Take ownership of the European wholesale strategy.
    • Lead key retail partnerships with customers including Boots, Sephora, Space NK, Amazon, and Douglas.
    • Develop and execute best-in-class Joint Business Plans.
    • Identify new commercial opportunities.
    • Drive sustainable, profitable growth across the region.
