Key Responsibilities

Business Leadership

  • Serve as the executive leader for the global Services Sales business across all regions and customer segments
  • Lead, develop, and scale a global organization of regional services sales leaders and account teams
  • Drive consistent over-achievement of bookings and services attach targets
  • Own end-to-end global services sales strategy, execution, and performance management
  • Ensure tight alignment with broader corporate and global objectives
  • Recruit and build a high-performing global team of proven A-players

Strategic Execution & Customer Engagement

  • Engage directly with key global customers, partners, and prospects
  • Participate in strategic services pursuits, executive briefings, and high-value deal closures
  • Build and maintain executive relationships across enterprises, partners, MSSPs, and system integrators
  • Deliver accurate global forecasting and business updates with clear pipeline visibility
  • Establish and manage a data-driven global operating rhythm using KPIs and forecasting tools
  • Drive services attachment to every product and platform deal

Team Development & Talent Strategy

  • Coach, mentor, and develop regional leaders and global services sellers
  • Conduct rigorous 1:1s, pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and feedback sessions
  • Lead global talent strategy including hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and competitive excellence

Cross-Functional Partnership & Market Leadership

  • Partner with Delivery, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, Technical, and Product teams globally
  • Ensure flawless execution and strong customer success outcomes
  • Evangelize the company’s services value proposition (MDR, Managed Services, Incident Response, Consulting)
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, customer needs, and threat environment
  • Ensure strong team capability in positioning services across industries and buying models

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years leading global or multi-region sales organizations
  • Proven background in services sales, cybersecurity, or high-technology environments
  • Demonstrated success managing global, multi-layered sales organizations
  • Consistent track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar bookings targets
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong execution discipline
