Key Responsibilities
What You Will Own

Team Leadership
- Build, hire, and develop a remote SDR team with clear standards and accountability.
- Grow a team capable of scaling with our business.

Strategy Development
- Set ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), segmentation, and target account strategies.
- Design scalable outbound motions aligned with enterprise buying behaviors.

Process & Playbooks
- Develop playbooks, qualification criteria, handoff standards, and operating models.
- Ensure seamless transitions between outbound teams and Sales/Marketing.

Pipeline Quality & Performance
- Own quality and performance of generated pipeline (meeting quality, conversion, sales acceptance, pipeline value).

Tooling & Reporting
- Adopt and expand funnel visibility tools, workflows, and dashboards for real-time monitoring.

Cross-functional Alignment
- Foster collaboration with Sales and Marketing to improve handoffs and optimize go-to-market execution.
Success Metrics
- Efficient Outbound Model: Clearly defined, repeatable operational framework.
- High-Quality Pipeline: Consistent SDR-generated meetings that convert to qualified deals.
- Funnel Transparency: Strong visibility into performance and conversion metrics.
- Streamlined Tooling: Integrated systems supporting efficient pipeline development.
- Performing Team: High-impact SDRs operating under disciplined standards.
- Seamless Alignment: Strong alignment with Sales, Marketing, and broader commercial goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience building or scaling an SDR/BDR function.
- Strong track record of generating repeatable, high-yield outbound pipeline.
- Experience in complex, consultative, or services-led sales environments.
- Ability to cope with ambiguity and take ownership in fast-growing companies.
- Scalable qualification judgments to uphold pipeline quality.
- Extensive experience managing remote teams with structured accountability.
- Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders across commercial teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in hiring, coaching, and performance management of SDRs.
- Comfortable thriving within high-growth environments with moving targets.
