Gradial
Gradial is the marketing operations system of work that helps marketers and creatives move from idea to execution faster. Our platform orchestrates across martech stacks, workflows, and people to automate marketing execution, cutting execution time, so marketers focus on the work only humans can do: shaping brands, understanding customers, and creating the work that moves people.
Backed by leading investors, we’re building software that adapts to the user, not the other way around. We move with urgency, operate with ownership, and solve hard problems from first principles. If you want to do ambitious work, take real responsibility, and help define the future of AI-native content operations, you’ll do your best work here.
The Role
Gradial is hiring a Head of Sales, EMEA to establish and grow our presence across the region. You’ll lead our expansion into EMEA by building relationships with leading enterprise marketing organisations and creating the foundation for long-term regional growth.
This is a hands-on role for a senior commercial leader who is equally comfortable building a market and closing complex deals. You’ll begin as an individual contributor, owning strategic opportunities from first conversation through contract execution while shaping how Gradial approaches customers across EMEA.
You’ll report directly to the CRO and serve as Gradial’s senior commercial leader in the region. As the business grows, you’ll define the structure of the EMEA sales organisation, hire the team and expand your ownership across the regional go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Own
- Define and execute Gradial’s sales strategy across priority EMEA markets
- Build and manage a pipeline of net new enterprise and strategic accounts
- Own complex sales cycles from initial outreach and discovery through negotiation and close
- Develop trusted relationships with senior Marketing, Digital, Marketing Operations and Marketing Technology leaders
- Translate Gradial’s AI-powered capabilities into clear business value for complex enterprise organisations
- Build account strategies that navigate regional decision-makers, global stakeholders and multi-market buying processes
- Partner with US account teams to identify expansion opportunities within the EMEA operations of existing customers
- Establish Gradial’s regional presence through executive relationships, industry networks and strategic events
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer teams to shape regional messaging, customer strategy and market priorities
- Share regional customer insight and competitive intelligence to inform Gradial’s broader go-to-market approach
- Build the operating model, sales processes and territory structure required to scale across EMEA
- Hire, develop and lead the EMEA sales team as the region grows

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

AI Literacy & Interviewing Tools
As an AI-first company, we prioritize AI literacy as a core competency in our hiring decisions. We’re excited by candidates who thoughtfully apply AI tools in their work, but during interviews we’re focused on you. This is your opportunity to show how you think, communicate, and solve problems. Over-reliance on AI-generated responses during the interview process (especially when it obscures your own voice) will result in disqualification. We want to understand your unique perspective and how you approach challenges, both with and without AI.
Gradial is dedicated to creating an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and all team members can grow. We offer competitive compensation, equity, flexible work hours, comprehensive benefits, and a collaborative culture focused on learning and impact.
