Head of Sales Enablement

Irtiqa AI / Remote / Leadership Role

Irtiqa AI is building a high-performance commercial organization through our Revenue Growth Partner Program.

Sales performance isn't built through motivation.

It's built through systems, training, coaching, and continuous improvement.

We are appointing a Head of Sales Enablement to build the infrastructure that equips every Revenue Growth Partner to perform at their highest level.

This role works directly with the Founder.

This is not sales management.

This is sales capability.

What You Will Own

  • Designing and delivering onboarding and sales training
  • Creating sales playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling frameworks
  • Developing learning resources and knowledge systems
  • Conducting webinars, coaching sessions, and performance workshops
  • Identifying performance gaps and implementing improvement strategies
  • Standardizing sales processes and best practices
  • Collaborating with Revenue Operations to improve execution and appointment quality
  • Building enablement systems that scale beyond individual contributors

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
