About the Role

The Head of Sales Enablement leads on the development and implementation of our global sales enablement strategy. This is a pivotal role in our transformation journey as we equip and empower our sales teams with the skills, training, tools, and insights they need to drive growth in English Language Teaching (ELT).

Responsible for evolving the sales enablement function, this individual must:

  • Establish a clear vision
  • Align activities with ELT business and strategic objectives
  • Develop a high-performing team
  • Embed a culture of enablement across the organisation

The Head of Sales Enablement’s work will directly influence the ELT Division’s ability to deliver value to educators, institutions, and learners globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a global sales enablement strategy aligned with ELT business and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and lead a global ELT Sales Enablement team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and impact of sales enablement activities, tools, training, and insights.
  • Design and deliver onsboarding, training, and continuous learning programs for sales teams across regions.
  • Develop scalable resources, playbooks, and tools that support the sales cycle and improve productivity.
  • Drive global alignment and application of sales enablement processes and methodologies, working with regional enablement leads to build capabilities and drive desired behaviours.
  • Govern the ELT instance of the Highspot Sales Enablement platform, driving usage and demonstrating impact on revenue.
  • Ensure global distributors and third-party partners are equipped with the tools, training, and resources required to drive revenue growth, leveraging platforms like Highspot for scalable enablement solutions.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to enablement, ensuring continuous alignment with business outcomes.

About You

To excel in this role, you should ideally:

  • Have strategic-level sales enablement experience.
  • Proven experience driving sales enablement programs.
  • Be adept at using data to generate insights that guide future activities.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively across a complex global business.
  • Be an excellent communicator, capable of articulating sales enablement initiatives and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Hold change leadership experience, with the ability to guide teams through transformation.
  • Have experience with Salesforce and Highspot or equivalent sales enablement platforms.
  • Have knowledge of or experience working in the ELT, education, or publishing industry (desirable).
