Our Client
A leading European EV charging infrastructure business with a proven track record in building, owning and operating charging networks across multiple markets. They are playing a key role in the transition towards zero-emission mobility by developing the infrastructure that enables drivers, businesses and communities to confidently move towards electric transport.
As the UK market continues to accelerate, they are now looking to make a strategic senior hire to lead the next stage of their network growth. This is an opportunity to join an established European platform at a pivotal point in its UK expansion, with the backing, ambition and infrastructure focus needed to build something meaningful.
Role Summary
This is a senior leadership role focused on driving the growth of a high-power EV charging network across the UK. You'll be responsible for defining and executing the UK network development strategy, identifying and securing prime charging locations, building a long-term project pipeline and forming partnerships with key landowners, retail groups and strategic property partners.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a growth role. You will be joining at a stage where your work can directly shape the future of the UK network, build market presence and support the company’s wider European expansion plans.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
