Sales Director / Head of Sales – UK & Ireland

We are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a market-leading engineering and manufacturing business seeking an exceptional Sales Director to lead its UK & Ireland commercial operation.
This is a pivotal executive appointment, offering the opportunity to shape commercial strategy, lead a high-performing sales organisation and play a key role in the next phase of business growth.
Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales performance across a complex, solution-led B2B environment while developing the long-term commercial strategy for the region.

The Opportunity
- Executive leadership role reporting directly to the Managing Director
- Lead and develop a national sales team
- Full responsibility for commercial strategy across the UK & Ireland
- Drive sales performance across a £25m+ revenue portfolio
- Influence business strategy alongside the senior leadership team
- Join a globally recognised engineering and manufacturing business
About You
We're keen to speak with commercially driven Sales Directors who can demonstrate:
- A proven track record leading high-performing B2B sales teams
- Experience delivering growth within complex solution or capital equipment sales environments
- Strong commercial, strategic and leadership capability
- Experience managing significant sales revenues and leading change
- The ability to influence at board and executive level
