Are you an experienced sales leader looking for the opportunity to shape strategy, develop a high-performing team and drive real business growth?

Our client is one of the UK's leading independent Fire, Security, Smart Home and Intelligent Technology companies. For over 30 years we've protected and connected some of the country's most prestigious organisations, iconic buildings, ultra-high-net-worth private clients, and exceptional residential properties. Our customers include the University of Oxford, Royal Palaces, the Tower of London, local authorities, blue-chip organisations and private estates where discretion, quality and service are paramount.

We're now looking for an outstanding Head of Sales to lead our commercial function and help grow our contract customer base by 50% over the next two years.

This is far more than a sales management role.

You'll be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for driving the commercial strategy of a business with an outstanding reputation and significant growth ambitions. You'll have the freedom to influence direction, build capability, develop people and create a high-performance sales culture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
