Hybrid once they have landed office
This AI startup has been building a native AI model for the last few years. It is unique, and does not run on proprietary technology.
- It operates like a brain to only use the power it requires, and therefore can run the same queries as leading LLM models at 1/50th of the energy cost, and 1/1000th of the development costs.
- It sits locally within customer servers without compromising data sovereignty.
In short, this AI lab has built a scalable AI model that will not gorge on energy and tokens.
What does this mean?
- CEOs can spend less money on a platform that will protect their data and drive completely transformational process and business change for their customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why would you join?
- Frontier of technology - Play a significant role in building one of the UK's answers to the US juggernauts at a time of concern around data security and US tech dependency.
- Native AI, not a wrapper - This is a business with unique AI capabilities.
- Earning potential - CEOs are still as keen as ever to invest in AI, but now seek to do so in a sustainable way. What a product to take to market!
- Ownership - Build the sales playbook, hire the talent you need, and build out the motion. Autonomy and accountability lies with you.
- Progression - This role should evolve over time with title and monetary progression as the revenue model evolves.
- Proven product - Blue chip businesses have already bought this product, but the business really needs to pivot to mid-market and corporate in order to drive predictable revenue. The product 100% works and value has been proven.
- Investors are queuing up - Investors are taking a key interest.
- Growth story - The business is in the right sector, with the right product at the right time. This could be a £1m > £5m > £10m >???? journey.
- Equity - Skin. In. The. Game.

I'm interested in talking to anybody who has played a significant role in the growth of seed or Series A businesses.
I am not bothered if you have an AI growth journey at all, just evidence of selling complex technology to non-technical stakeholders.
