The Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to lead commercial growth for Meet Health across India and selected international markets. This is a senior leadership role for a high calibre sales leader who is excited by the opportunity to build, scale and shape revenue growth within a fast growing healthcare and life sciences company operating at the intersection of data, digital health and clinical transformation.
Reporting to the Vice President and working closely with the CEO, you will take ownership of sales execution, team performance, strategic pipeline development and high value commercial relationships. You will be responsible for developing sales teams, improving sales processes and helping shape the go to market strategy for a business with global ambitions.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially sharp leader who wants direct exposure to senior decision makers, international markets and complex strategic partnerships across healthcare, life sciences, digital health and research.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales growth across Meet Health’s healthcare and life sciences portfolio in India and support selected international commercial opportunities
- Manage, coach and develop sales team members to improve performance, accountability and commercial execution
- Own sales performance against revenue, pipeline and conversion targets, with clear oversight of forecasting and reporting
- Build and execute sales plans aligned to company growth priorities, market opportunities and strategic accounts
- Drive new business development across healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, biotech organisations, research groups and digital health partners
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across healthcare and life sciences markets
- Lead complex commercial discussions, proposals and negotiations with senior external stakeholders
- Work closely with the Vice President and CEO on strategic accounts, major opportunities and commercial priorities
- Improve sales processes, CRM discipline, reporting structures and overall operational rigour across the sales function
- Identify new routes to market, partnership opportunities and areas for commercial expansion
- Support the development of high quality pitch materials, proposals, partnership documents and commercial presentations
- Collaborate with product, delivery and leadership teams to ensure commercial opportunities are translated into strong client outcomes and long term partnerships
- Act as a senior commercial representative for Meet Health in meetings with healthcare leaders, life sciences organisations and strategic partners

What We are Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in sales, business development or commercial leadership roles, ideally within event sales, healthcare, life sciences, healthtech, pharma, biotech or clinical research
- Strong experience managing sales teams and driving performance in a high growth or entrepreneurial environment
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, building pipeline and closing complex B2B deals
- Experience working with senior decision makers and managing strategic commercial relationships
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands on execution
- Healthcare and life sciences company experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of sales operations, pipeline management, forecasting and CRM discipline
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast moving business with evolving priorities and significant ownership
- Confident preparing and leading proposals, pitches and commercial conversations with senior external audiences
- High level of drive, accountability and ambition, with the ability to lead from the front

- Remote role based in India
- Aligned to UK working hours, with a start time of 8:30am UK time
