About Kinetic Logistics

Kinetic Logistics is one of the UK's leading providers of specialist furniture home delivery, warehousing and fulfilment services. Working with some of the country's best-known furniture retailers and manufacturers, we deliver thousands of products every week through our nationwide logistics network.

Our reputation has been built on reliability, exceptional customer service and innovative technology. From two-person home delivery and white glove services to warehousing, fulfilment and final-mile logistics, we provide tailored solutions that help our customers grow their businesses.

As we continue to expand, we're looking for an ambitious Head of Sales to help drive the next phase of our growth.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced logistics sales professional who thrives on winning new business.

As Head of Sales, you'll take ownership of our sales strategy and lead our business development activity, helping to shape the future growth of Kinetic Logistics.

This is a hands-on sales role, not a desk-based management position. You'll be expected to spend time out with prospective customers, attending meetings across the UK, identifying opportunities, preparing commercial proposals and securing new business. Your success will be measured by your ability to build a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term, profitable customer relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
