About Us
The Pouch Lab is one of the UK's only fully UK based nicotine pouch manufacturers. We are an independently owned company, giving us the flexibility to move quickly and back our people. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company in a high growth phase and shape a brand's commercial success from launch.
About the Role
You will be responsible for sales of The Pouch Lab range, building our distribution footprint across wholesale, cash and carry, convenience and symbol group channels. You will work closely with our marketing department to align trade activity, launch campaigns and retail support behind your commercial plan.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach and win new trade accounts.
- Build relationships with buyers and decision makers.
- Negotiate listings, pricing and promotional agreements.
- Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events.
- Report on pipeline, revenue and distribution growth against targets.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven new business sales experience in FMCG, ideally nicotine or another impulse category.
- Existing relationships with wholesale, convenience or symbol group buyers.
- A track record of winning listings and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
