Ready to build a sales function, not just manage one? An award-winning LegalTech business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and is looking for its first Head of Sales to shape and scale its commercial engine. This isn't about fixing a broken team or inheriting layers of legacy process. The foundations are already in place: a market-leading AI-powered litigation platform, a growing customer base, and a talented commercial team delivering results. Now it's time to take things to the next level.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead the sales function and create the frameworks, processes and strategy needed to support ambitious growth plans. You'll be responsible for:

  • Defining and executing the sales strategy
  • Building scalable sales processes, playbooks and operating rhythms
  • Driving forecasting, pipeline management and performance visibility
  • Coaching and developing a high-performing team
  • Supporting key enterprise opportunities and leading from the front
  • Partnering with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to optimise growth
  • Playing a key role in the wider leadership team and company strategy

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
