π Head of Sales - B2B Events | Bristol | Uncapped Commission | August Start Date
Ready to make the jump from Senior BDM to your first Head of Sales role?
Synergy Group has doubled in size over the past year, and we're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven sales professional to help us keep that momentum going.
We deliver high-impact networking experiences for senior business leaders through executive dinners, roundtables, and industry events, working with global and Fortune 500 brands.
The role:
This is a strictly new business sales leadership role. You'll be leading a team of BDMs and BDEs, not managing account managers or customer success. If you're currently smashing targets at Senior BDM level and ready to lead a sales team while still closing your own deals, this is your next move, with a clear path to Director of Sales.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
