EveryMatrix is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to expand our market leading OddsMatrix Odds Feed (OMF) product globally. This is a key position responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long term partnerships, and expanding our client base. You will play a crucial role in scaling the company’s presence globally while working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our feed product as well as other OddsMatrix related products. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to achieve revenue targets globally with additional focus on APAC. • Owner of Go to Market OddsMatrix Feed (OMF) strategy and execution. Channelling the agreed vision with through sales and management of global OMF sales team. • Implement best-in-class sales processes covering deal flow & approvals, pipeline management, commission schemes, presentations, RFP responses and consultative sales approaches. • Ongoing management of the sales team, sales process and sales reporting. KPI setting & Performance monitoring in line with Group sales. • Manage team members with a focus on local market nuances, ensuring sales strategies are adapted for specific regional regulations, language, and business norms. • Own pipeline management, hygiene, forecasting, and revenue performance through CRM, with a focus on deal quality and scalable growth. • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities; • Develop and implement outbound campaigns for targeted clients • Personally engage with and cultivate top leads and clients in the business pipeline, particularly in APAC region. • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration between internal departments like Product, Marketing, and Legal to ensure a unified go-to-market (GTM) approach. • Driving bottom-line growth and up-selling revenue opportunities within the existing OMF client base; • Represent the company and support brand positioning; • Participate in industry events and forums; Here's what we offer: • Start with 25 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 35 days by your fifth year with us. • Private Medical Healthcare paid by the Company, with the ability to add dependants • Free Fridays, up to 2 Fridays per year • Stay Healthy: 3 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required • Monthly meal allowance. • Gym allowance • Access online learning platforms like Udemy for Business and LinkedIn Learning, and a budget for external training. • Support for New Parents:
