About DNO Renewables
DNO Renewables is a specialist provider of managed DNO application services, helping renewable energy installers navigate the UK grid connection process efficiently and professionally.
As our business continues to grow, we’re expanding our portfolio with innovative software solutions, digital platforms and new business ventures that support the renewable energy, electrical and compliance sectors.
Our ambition is to become one of the UK’s leading technology and service providers within the renewable energy industry by combining specialist expertise, innovative software and exceptional customer service.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Head of Sales & Partnerships to lead the next stage of our growth.
This is much more than a traditional sales role.
You’ll be responsible for generating new revenue, developing strategic partnerships, identifying new commercial opportunities and helping shape the future direction of the business.
Initially, you’ll personally lead our sales activity, developing relationships with customers and partners across the UK. As the business grows, you’ll have the opportunity to recruit, mentor and build your own sales team.
We’re looking for someone who wants to build a business, not simply work for one.
What You’ll Be Selling
You’ll be responsible for generating new business across our growing portfolio of products and services, including:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
