Head of Sales – Premium Restaurant & Bar Group

Salary: £75,000 + Bonus (OTE: £80,000) Work Model: Hybrid

Our client, a thriving premium restaurant and bar group with 6 vibrant venues, seeks a commercial, results-driven Head of Sales to lead revenue growth and cultivate a high-performing sales team.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales performance across the entire group portfolio
  • Forge and grow client relationships while securing new business opportunities
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Drive revenue growth and optimise profitability metrics
  • Uncover and execute strategies to expand market share and boost bookings
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, and sales targets
  • Establish and implement effective sales processes to maximise performance

About You

Essential:

  • Proven sales leadership experience in hospitality, events, hotels, restaurants, bars, or catering
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
  • Commercial acumen with exceptional organisational ability
  • Experience leading, inspiring, and developing teams
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences
