Head of Sales
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's fastest-growing food technology businesses as Head of Sales, leading the expansion of an innovative portfolio of quick service restaurant (QSR) brands.
Our client is transforming the way restaurant brands scale across the UK through a unique franchise and delivery-led model. Backed by exceptional growth and ambitious expansion plans, they are looking for an experienced commercial leader to drive franchise sales and build a high-performing team.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of the franchise sales strategy, leading the acquisition of new franchise partners while building the systems, processes and team required to support rapid national growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic thinking with commercial execution. You'll be responsible for developing a robust sales pipeline, mentoring a team of Development Managers, and delivering ambitious expansion targets across multiple restaurant brands.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
