JOIN V12 FOOTWEAR AND HELP DRIVE THE NEXT PHASE OF OUR COMMERCIAL GROWTH.

V12 Footwear is one of the UK's leading premium safety footwear brands, with over 30 years of heritage, a reputation for innovation and quality, and ambitious plans for future growth. Over the past 12 months we've invested significantly in strengthening our commercial operating model, product management capability and Revenue Team. We're now looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to build on those foundations by embedding world-class sales disciplines, leading a high-performing team and accelerating profitable growth.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to spend their first year writing strategy documents. It's for someone who loves leading people, coaching teams, building customer relationships and delivering results.

The Opportunity

As Head of Sales, you'll work alongside the Managing Director to lead the Revenue Team and take ownership of every commercial revenue stream, including:

  • National Distributors
  • Strategic Accounts
  • Opportunity Generation
  • Online Retail & Amazon
  • Export
  • Internal Sales
  • Product Management

You'll inherit a business with strong foundations, respected products and long-standing distributor relationships. Your role is to ensure our commercial operating model is executed consistently, our people perform at their best and every commercial opportunity is pursued with pace, discipline and ambition.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
