About LawConnect
When people face a legal problem, most don't know where to start. LawConnect exists to change that - helping everyone understand their situation, build confidence, and find the right legal help when it matters most.
We're redefining how consumers get legal help by combining AI with our leading lawyer marketplace. LawConnect is part of ATI Global, giving us the backing, resources, and ambition of a global technology business while still operating with the pace, ownership, and energy of a startup.
This is an environment built around innovation, experimentation, and moving quickly. Small team, real momentum, and a global ambition. You'll work alongside talented people who care deeply about making legal help accessible to everyone.
What you'll do
After building strong momentum in Australia, we're now launching the next phase of LawConnect in the United Kingdom, with an initial focus on London and surrounding regions.
This is an opportunity to establish the brand, build a high-quality network of law firms, and shape how the platform grows in a major legal market. As the Head of Sales & Success you'll report to the Chief Customer Officer based in Sydney and be the local commercial and customer leader for the market. You're responsible for acquiring law firms, helping them succeed on the platform, building the frontline team, and laying the foundations for sustainable growth. This is a hands-on market-building role: you won't inherit a finished team, a mature playbook, or an established local brand - you'll build all three.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
