Lead Growth. Build Partnerships. Shape the Future

A successful and ambitious manufacturer of technical products and safety systems is looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to take ownership of growth across UK and international markets. This is an opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong reputation, an international customer base and significant growth potential. We're looking for someone who enjoys being in front of customers and partners, spotting opportunities, building relationships and turning strategy into results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You will lead the sales function and play a key role in shaping the commercial future of the business.
  • Working closely with customers, distributors and partners across international markets, you'll drive revenue growth, identify new opportunities and strengthen market presence.
  • You'll combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach - leading the team, developing sales plans, influencing projects and building a healthy pipeline of business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
