Founding Head of Sales, UK

Location: London, UK
Employment Type: Full time

Our client is building the legal intelligence infrastructure for modern organizations.

Our platform helps in-house legal teams manage contract review, negotiation, intake, approvals, workflows, obligations, and legal knowledge.

Unlike general-purpose AI tools, our client is designed for high-stakes enterprise legal work, with structured workflows, document-level permissions, enterprise-grade security, and native integrations with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Slack, Teams, and procurement platforms.

We are growing quickly and are now looking for a founding commercial leader to establish and scale our UK business.

The Role

We are hiring a Founding Head of Sales, UK to lead our client's expansion into the UK market. This is a hands-on role. You will initially own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through pilots, negotiation, and close. You will build our UK go-to-market strategy, establish relationships with general counsel and legal operations leaders, and create a repeatable foundation for growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
