Head of Sales

Up to £80,000 + OTE £100,000
We are working with a well-established, family-run business operating within a high-volume, multi-category environment, supplying a large customer base.
They are now seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead, develop, and drive performance across their Sales and Customer Care teams.
About the Role
This is a key leadership role with responsibility for shaping sales strategy, delivering revenue growth, and managing key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Sales & Customer Care teams to achieve targets
- Drive sales strategy and revenue growth across multiple product categories
- Manage and grow key accounts, engaging senior stakeholders
- Oversee tenders, frameworks, and contractual agreements
- Implement sales processes, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Identify new business opportunities and support team development
- Work cross-functionally to support overall business objectives

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role
- Background in a fast-paced, high-volume or consumable products environment
- Strong track record in new business development and account management
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and procurement teams
- Commercially astute with strong organisational and analytical skills
- Experience with tenders, frameworks, and contracts
