We are seeking an ambitious Head of Science for a permanent role in Islington at a high-performing, non-selective 11-18 academy within the City of London Academies Trust. As Head of Science, you will drive clear checks for understanding, close knowledge gaps and raise attainment.

Requirements:
- Candidates must hold QTS, have strong subject knowledge and a proven record of improving outcomes in Science.
- The appointed Head of Science will need excellent behaviour management, curriculum leadership and staff development skills.
- Head of Science applicants should be confident leading a team, using data sharply and maintaining high expectations.
