AISF Global is building a premium international security organisation focused on delivering world-class security solutions across executive protection, corporate security, strategic risk management, intelligence, security operations, and emerging technologies. The Opportunity

As the Head of Security (Chief Security Officer), you will serve as the senior operational leader of AISF Global, responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, and continued growth of the organisation.

Working closely with the Founder/CEO, you will oversee security operations, intelligence, risk management, executive protection, training, technology, compliance, and client delivery while ensuring every aspect of the business operates to the highest professional standards.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of the founding executive leadership team of an ambitious international security firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global security strategy for AISF Global
  • Provide executive leadership across all operational divisions
  • Lead major incidents, crisis response, and strategic decision-making
  • Approve high-value contracts, deployments, and operational planning
  • Build relationships with government agencies, multinational organisations, and strategic partners
  • Establish operational policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Oversee budgeting, investment planning, and resource allocation
  • Drive innovation across physical security, intelligence, and technology
  • Mentor and develop senior leadership across the organisation
  • Represent AISF Global at executive meetings, conferences, and international engagements

Leadership Responsibilities You will directly oversee the executive leadership team responsible for operations, intelligence, training, cybersecurity, human resources, finance, legal and compliance, and client relations, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic objectives.

Candidate Profile

We’re seeking an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in security, defence, law enforcement, intelligence, executive protection, or a closely related field.

The successful candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgement, integrity, discretion, and the ability to lead complex security operations in high-pressure environments.

Experience

  • 15–20+ years of experience within military, intelligence, law enforcement, executive protection, or private security
  • At least 10 years in senior leadership or executive management
  • Experience leading large-scale or international security operations
  • Experience managing significant operational budgets
  • Proven track record delivering complex, high-risk security programmes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline
  • A master’s degree (such as an MBA or Security Studies) is preferred
  • Relevant security licences and professional certifications are advantageous, including:
    • CPP (Certified Protection Professional)
    • PSP (Physical Security Professional)
    • Crisis management
    • Risk management
    • First aid

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: £200,000–£220,000 per annum
