We are looking for an experienced Head of Security (HD) to join our team in Bristol.

We are currently seeking a Head Of Security personnel to lead our dynamic team of door supervisors in Bristol.
Responsibilities
As our Head of Security, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the security team on shift.
- Ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and the venue.
- Conducting team briefings and allocating duties.
- Handling incidents professionally and effectively.
- Working closely with venue management and emergency services when required.
- Ensuring company policies and venue procedures are followed at all times.
- Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Head of Security (HD).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of venue security, conflict management, and emergency procedures.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
- A professional attitude and appearance.

Working Pattern
- Thursday to Saturday
- Occasional Sundays and Bank Holidays
Pay
Starting from £15.50 per hour, depending on experience.
