An award-winning digital agency entering an exciting new growth phase is looking for a Head of SEO & Organic to lead, evolve and future-proof its offering.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about modern search, organic strategy and the evolving AI landscape. You’ll take ownership of the agency’s SEO, AEO and GEO direction, leading impactful strategies that deliver measurable commercial results for a varied and exciting portfolio of B2B and consumer clients globally.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll help shape the future of the agency’s SEO proposition, combining technical excellence, strategic thinking and innovation across traditional search, AI visibility and emerging organic channels.
The Role
- Lead and deliver high-impact SEO, AEO and GEO strategies across a diverse client portfolio
- Own the agency’s long-term organic search vision and service evolution
- Drive technical SEO, content strategy, authority building and digital PR initiatives
- Oversee campaign performance, ensuring commercially meaningful outcomes for clients
- Support visibility across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven platforms
- Build trusted client relationships and confidently communicate strategy, insights and results
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and innovative workflows into organic delivery

About You
- Proven experience leading SEO and organic growth strategies within an agency environment
- Strong technical SEO expertise combined with strategic and commercial awareness
- Demonstrable success in delivering measurable growth across competitive search landscapes
- Experience across digital PR, content strategy and scalable organic acquisition
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-focused environments
- Passionate about innovation, AI and the future of search
