Offender Health Specialism
Offender health is an exciting and challenging specialism with a significant Public Health and Long-Term Conditions agenda. The management of acute, long-term, and substance misuse presentations among patients represents a large cohort and requires a deep understanding of primary care.

HMP & YOI Styal is a female prison.
The Head of Recovery Services at HMP Styal leads Spectrum’s drug and alcohol recovery service and defines its strategic direction. This senior leadership role encompasses overall responsibility for operational delivery, governance, and ongoing improvement. The incumbent provides visible, accountable leadership to ensure the services are:
- Safe
- Person-centred
- Evidence-based
- Aligned with Spectrum’s strategic and contractual objectives
