The Role
As Head of Software Development, you’ll take responsibility for leading a multi-skilled development team and overseeing the successful delivery of a range of business-critical software projects across mixed technology environments, primarily using C#.

The Head of Software Development role is hybrid remote, based from their Nottingham offices.
What’s Required?
The ideal candidate for the Head of Software Development role will have the following:
- Proven experience in a senior software leadership or engineering management role
- Strong background in C# development and experience across mixed technology environments
- Experience managing teams and delivering complex software projects end-to-end
- Good understanding of project and delivery management in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to lead by example
