Head of Spa
We are currently recruiting for a Head of Spa to oversee the spa and wellness operations within the hotels located within the mainland. The role will require extensive travel to the hotels on the mainland. This is a new role created as part of the ongoing transformation of Hand Picked Hotels and the elevation of our spa and wellness offering within Hand Picked Hotels.
This role can be based from London or Kent and will involve extensive weekly travel to all our hotels on the mainland as required.

- Build strong business relationships with the Hotel General Managers and Spa and Health Club managers across our luxury and events division, these hotels are located across the UK.
- Collaborate with the spa leadership and team management, ensuring an outstanding guest experience is delivered creating magical and memorable experiences for our guests.
- Create and implement a robust marketing and business development strategy for all the mainland spas, including the diary management and yielding the business levels appropriately.
- Drive sales and conversion across all areas of the spa operations.
- Work with the local hotel teams to ensure we establish and share best-practices.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have current multi-site 5-star spa management experience within a luxury hotel or spa environment within the UK.
It is essential you can demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, business acumen, and spa knowledge.
- Have previous experience of developing and uplifting standards within a luxury spa operation whilst consistently exceeding guest expectations.
- Be able to create a robust sales and marketing plan to increase revenue streams across the spa operations.
- Have knowledge of how to analyse market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Hold level 4 in beauty therapy.
- Be a role model to all colleagues who displays our Brand Values in the way they always go about their role.
- Be able to drive and have access to your own transport.
