Your new role
Our client is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Leader to lead revenue growth, develop high-performing teams and strengthen key customer relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Strategic Accounts who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to account growth and commercial performance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering sustainable revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities and implementing sales strategies that support long-term business objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop high-performing sales and account management teams.
- Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and strategic customers.
- Manage forecasting, budgeting and sales performance reporting.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Lead contract negotiations and secure high-value commercial agreements.
- Develop and improve sales processes, KPIs and performance frameworks.
- Deliver accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support wider business objectives.
- Maintain full ownership of commercial performance and profitability.

What you'll need to succeed
- Proven success in sales leadership or commercial management roles.
- Track record of delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Strong account management and strategic relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing significant commercial budgets or P&L responsibility.
- Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
- Experience negotiating and securing high-value contracts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Background within FMCG, Logistics and Distribution.
