Head of Strategic Asset Management
We are looking to appoint a Head of Strategic Asset Management. Someone who will lead on the Asset Management Strategy, reviewing, and revising plans that translate strategy and priorities into investment plans and delivery of works.
You will lead on the design, renewal, implementation and deployment of new asset system and data infrastructure, delivering on the current and evolving needs of the organisation.
To do this you will need a thorough understanding of property investment and whole assets planning linked to robust business forecasting.
Your background should include significant experience of managing asset management databases and the analysis of stock condition data.
Knowledge and experience of developing complex investment programmes is essential.
If you have experience of leading high performing teams, managing conflicting priorities, while working towards tight deadlines within a regulated environment, then this would really suit you.

We’re based in south Lewisham, London, and are proud to be building new homes in our area. We’ve grown as a housing association, taking on the management of 1,500 more homes in late 2021 to bring our total number of homes to around 7,800.
