What You’ll Do
You’ll sit at the heart of our strategic sales effort—building trust, identifying opportunities, and co-creating solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You'll use your commercial acumen, creativity, and emotional intelligence to open doors, ask the right questions, and coordinate teams around compelling value propositions.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Develop meaningful, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple sectors.
- Engage customers in intelligent dialogue to uncover needs, challenges, and ambitions.
- Translate insight into tailored, commercially attractive logistics solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with pricing, operations, and solution design teams to bring proposals to life.
- Lead the creation of winning proposals, from early engagement to successful award.
- Help build long-term customer partnerships through trust, creativity, and delivery excellence.
- Be a voice of the customer within XPO—championing continuous improvement and innovation.

Who You Are
We’re looking for a commercially astute, people-oriented professional with a gift for seeing opportunities others might miss—and the credibility to build alignment internally and externally to turn them into reality.
You’ll Thrive If You Are
- A strong communicator and listener who builds rapport with ease.
- Experienced in complex B2B sales environments, ideally within logistics, supply chain or transport.
- Comfortable navigating long sales cycles, frameworks, and tenders.
- Strategic in your thinking, with a curiosity to understand and solve problems.
- Naturally collaborative and energized by team success.
- Focused on outcomes, but flexible in your approach.
