Worthing Homes is a community-focused housing association that manages c.4250 homes and supports around 10,000 customers across the Sussex coast. They are deeply rooted in their communities and proud of their reputation as a trusted landlord and partner. Worthing Homes is now looking to recruit a new Head of Strategic Investment. We are looking for a leader who can bring real vision around asset performance, investment and standards. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the role has responsibility for leading on the delivery of capital investment, asset management, and development services to deliver maximum value for homes and customers. Specific duties include delivering planned works, regeneration or disposal programmes, effective contract management, securing funding and scheme viability to ensure the delivery of high‑quality new homes and schemes, and leading on sustainability projects in pursuance of net zero carbon targets. In the medium term, Worthing Homes is planning to build c.50-60 new homes per annum. Worthing itself is known for its scenic 7-mile beach, bustling arts scene, and proximity to the South Downs National Park.
