Key Responsibilities
Execution Against Strategy
- Translate Via55 strategic priorities into structured delivery plans, tracking progress and escalating risks early
Target Operating Model
- Support the ongoing rollout of the Via55 Target Operating Model, including communications and adoption
Internal AI Transformation Programme
- Drive adoption of AI tools and ways of working across the business, tracking outcomes and reporting progress
Leadership Reporting and Communications
- Own leadership-level reporting and coordinate senior communications, including sensitive messaging where required

- Own facilities strategy and operational delivery across office locations

- Lead the operational workstream for international expansion: people structures, local process, and internal alignment

Experience & Attributes

Track record in operations, strategic programme delivery, or a chief-of-staff-adjacent role
