We're partnered with a leading UK healthtech company with a mission that matters: connecting those in need of mental health support with qualified clinicians.
About the Company
Operating across both private and NHS-funded pathways, the business is one of the NHS' largest providers of autism and ADHD assessments, and is growing exponentially. Revenue has quadrupled in the last 18 months. Service volume has 4x'd in six months and is expected to double again in the next six.
Role Overview
With abundant demand, the immediate priority is ensuring supply can keep pace. Therefore, the business is looking for a Head of Strategy to own this challenge end-to-end.
You will translate disparate data from across the organisation into reliable and scalable capacity planning models. These will accurately map supply and demand, stress-test different scenarios, and anticipate where clinician capacity might fall short of demand. Strategic competence is also paramount as you will then use this data to influence how the business grows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
