Salary: £59,966 to £67,468 (Full-time indefinite)

Applicants are sought for the important role of Head of Student and Programme Administration (SPA) at Lancaster University. Leading a team responsible for the delivery of critical services from registration to award, you will combine strategic thinking with the ability to deliver user-focussed, digitally led, efficient and compliant operations.
Reporting to the Academic Registrar and joining the Student and Education Services Leadership Team, you will have demonstrable experience of leading and developing a diverse team, refining services and evolving practices while responding at pace to a diverse range of operational challenges and compliance demands.
