What The Head Of Supply Chain Involves
The Head of Supply Chain will lead and optimise the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring efficient procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management. The role drives cost control, operational performance, strategic improvement, and team development to support business objectives and deliver key KPIs.

Requirements Of The Head Of Supply Chain
- Proven supply chain leadership across procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and warehousing.
- Background working in high volume manufacturing environments (electronics highly desired)
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost reduction.
- Expertise in ERP systems, forecasting, and inventory optimisation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
