Head of Supply Chain | London | Hybrid Working | £75,000 to £85,000 + Excellent Benefits

About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Supply Chain to join a fast-growing beauty and personal care business based in London.

This is a newly created leadership role where you will have the opportunity to shape and develop the end-to-end supply chain strategy within a dynamic, entrepreneurial and collaborative business.

We're looking for an experienced supply chain leader who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment and enjoys driving operational excellence while leading high-performing teams.


The Role

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain function, ensuring products are delivered efficiently across multiple markets while continuously improving processes, service levels and commercial performance.

Working closely with Operations, Sales, Commercial, Finance and Product Development teams, you will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end supply chain function.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategy aligned with business growth plans.
  • Manage forecasting, demand planning, inventory and supply planning.
  • Build strong relationships with:
    • Manufacturers
    • Suppliers
    • Logistics providers
    • Third-party partners
  • Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to maximise service levels and operational efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to support product launches and business growth.
  • Manage budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings and improved performance.
  • Ensure supply chain operations remain compliant with relevant standards and regulations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience working as a Head of Supply Chain or in a comparable senior supply chain leadership role.
  • Experience within the FMCG industry is essential.
  • Experience within beauty, cosmetics or personal care would be highly desirable.
  • Strong experience across:
    • Demand planning
    • Inventory management
    • Logistics
    • Procurement
    • Supplier management
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
