Company Overview:

Lexington Medical, Inc. is a medical device company developing and manufacturing minimally invasive surgical stapling solutions in the Boston area. With the highest standards in design engineering and smart manufacturing, our team delivers disruptive technology to healthcare providers, improving surgical outcomes for patients in a thriving $6B+ surgical stapler market.

Rooted in a talent-dense culture, we are committed to innovation, foster continuous growth, and achieve great heights together. At Lexington Medical, Inc., you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of millions of patients worldwide while thriving in a fast-growing MedTech company.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Head of Supply Chain to lead and scale Lexington Medical's supply chain function across our complex, vertically integrated operation. This is a hands-on, execution-focused leadership role for a supply chain professional who leverages AI and automation to streamline sourcing, planning, inventory, logistics, and reporting.

You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations, and your work will directly support products that impact millions of patients worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution across sourcing, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier management, staying hands-on and close to the details.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a lean, high-performing team, setting clear priorities and raising the bar on execution.
  • Make AI and automation core to how the function operates, applying modern tools to improve forecasting, inventory positioning, procurement, traceability, and reporting, and building leverage into a small team rather than adding headcount.
  • Own sourcing and supplier relationships for both ongoing production and new product introduction (NPI), partnering with Engineering and Quality to qualify suppliers and materials.
  • Drive inventory accuracy, supply continuity, and ERP/MRP data integrity across Lexington Medical, third-party partners, value-added service providers, and sterilization facilities.
  • Establish scalable processes, KPIs, and supplier agreements that improve cost, lead time, quality, and speed as the company grows.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to anticipate needs and remove bottlenecks.
  • Resolve supply chain issues and escalations directly, driving corrective actions and preventing recurrence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
