About Hair Syrup
Hair Syrup is one of the UK's fastest-growing haircare brands. Founded in 2020, we went viral on TikTok, featured on BBC's Dragons' Den, and have sold over a million bottles of our results-driven, natural pre-wash hair oil treatments. Everything is made in Britain and shipped from our own warehouse in Pembrokeshire, West Wales. We are scaling fast across direct-to-consumer, wholesale and internationally, and building the team to take us there.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Head of Supply Chain to take full ownership of our end-to-end supply chain as we scale across direct-to-consumer, wholesale and into the US. This is a pivotal role. You will bring stock, demand and fulfilment under proper control, lead the implementation of a new ERP system, and build the foundations and small team to support our next phase of growth. The role splits between strategy and execution, with a real necessity for someone willing to roll their sleeves up and get in the detail.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Provide clean inventory and cost data to support margin and profitability decisions.
