Head of Supply Chain Management
Head of Supply Chain | DTC | Ecommerce
Location: Remote | UK (with regular travel to Pembrokeshire) Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + Benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Supply Chain to join a fast-growing DTC (direct-to-consumer) consumer brand. The business operates across ecommerce, wholesale, and retail channels and requires a commercially minded supply chain leader to enhance demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and procurement while establishing the systems necessary to support its next phase of growth.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the end-to-end Supply Chain, blending strategic direction with a hands-on approach, collaborating closely with Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams. You’ll improve cross-functional visibility across stock, demand, and purchasing while shaping the Supply Chain’s future as the business scales.
The Opportunity
As the Head of Supply Chain, your responsibilities encompass:
- Overseeing the full supply chain operation, ensuring products are where they’re needed and when they’re needed
- Improving forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and supplier relationships
- Working with Commercial, Finance, and Operations to create a more connected planning process
- Supporting UK and international growth by strategically aligning stock, purchasing, and demand forecasting

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain across DTC, wholesale, and retail channels
- Own Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), ensuring the alignment of demand, supply, and inventory
- Develop Demand Planning & Forecasting processes to support business growth and new product launches
- Drive improvements in Inventory Management, Stock Planning, and product availability
- Manage Procurement, Purchasing, and supplier relationships
- Balance inventory levels while optimising working capital
- Lead the implementation of a new ERP and forecasting platform
- Produce accurate supply chain reporting to support commercial and financial planning
- Improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency across the wider supply chain
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and senior leadership to support business growth
About You
We seek an experienced Head of Supply Chain, Supply Chain Manager, or senior Supply Chain professional with experience in DTC, ecommerce, retail, or consumer goods.

- Strong expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management
- In-depth knowledge of Forecasting, Procurement, and supplier management
- Previous experience with ERP system implementation or process improvements
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to leverage data for business decisions
- Experience working across ecommerce, wholesale, and retail supply chains
- A hands-on approach, capable of influencing both strategy and operational execution
