Head of Supply Chain Management

Head of Supply Chain | DTC | Ecommerce

Location: Remote | UK (with regular travel to Pembrokeshire) Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + Benefits

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Supply Chain to join a fast-growing DTC (direct-to-consumer) consumer brand. The business operates across ecommerce, wholesale, and retail channels and requires a commercially minded supply chain leader to enhance demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and procurement while establishing the systems necessary to support its next phase of growth.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the end-to-end Supply Chain, blending strategic direction with a hands-on approach, collaborating closely with Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams. You’ll improve cross-functional visibility across stock, demand, and purchasing while shaping the Supply Chain’s future as the business scales.

The Opportunity

As the Head of Supply Chain, your responsibilities encompass:

  • Overseeing the full supply chain operation, ensuring products are where they’re needed and when they’re needed
  • Improving forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and supplier relationships
  • Working with Commercial, Finance, and Operations to create a more connected planning process
  • Supporting UK and international growth by strategically aligning stock, purchasing, and demand forecasting

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
