£65,000 - £80,000

We're on the hunt for an exceptional Head of Talent Acquisition to help us build the teams behind some of London's most exciting restaurants. We currently operate 7 sites, with 6 new openings landing over the next 12 months, including 2 brand new concepts. If you love finding great people across a portfolio of casual premium, premium and fine dining restaurants, then this is the role for you.

Head of Talent Acquisition Requirements

  • Hands on recruitment delivery: running managerial hiring end-to-end, and coaching Managers to become even better at recruiting talent
  • Talent attraction & employer brand: putting MJMK on the map as a place people want to work, owning our EVP and building pipelines of great people
  • New restaurant openings: leading on hiring for every new site, from headcount planning to successful assessment days
  • Strategy & reporting: shaping our recruitment strategy for the future and reporting on the right metrics
  • Onboarding & compliance: making every new hire's first steps feel exciting and seamless, and in line with GDPR and UK employment legislation

What the Ideal Candidate Looks Like

  • Genuinely excited by finding and capturing great talent
  • Passionate, engaging and obsessed with restaurants and the wider hospitality industry
  • Knows the hospitality talent market and where great people come from and what makes them stay
  • Able to recruit across the MJMK portfolio - ranging from casual dining to fine dining to support office
  • Confident with owning and managing the ATS
  • Experienced with and genuinely passionate about headhunting the perfect candidate using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Caterer CV search etc
  • Exceptionally organised, detail obsessed and always one step ahead
  • Confident managing workflows across the business with consistent and timely follow-through
  • Calm under pressure, energised by juggling lots of moving parts at once
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and loves the excitement of a new opening
