Your Responsibilities
Your role involves dynamic ownership of all aspects of recruitment, with potential tasks including:
- Role profiling and candidate sourcing
- CV screening and assessment planning
- Designing interview scripts, then conducting interviews yourself
- Employer brand building to attract two key talent types:
- Shouting talents (highly visible, obvious choices)
- Whispering talents (quiet, hidden gems)
- Automating and streamlining our recruiting processes
- Collaborating to optimise the onboarding experience with management

We’re looking for someone with ownership-driven energy, the mindset to excel in a high-urgency environment, and a commitment to being exceptional in recruitment and personal development. Essential qualities include:

- Proven high-performance work experience (industry background in HR, marketing, sales, or equivalent is helpful but not mandatory)
- Curiosity and deep passion for understanding and engaging with people
- UK work permit eligibility
- Strong preference for candidates who:
- Enjoy conversing with all levels of professionals (students to executives, with emotional intelligence and natural approachability)
- Can make people feel comfortable in professional interactions
- Combine relentless drive with a humble and proactive mindset
- Are coachable and eager to grow

Flexible
Our Work Culture: Monday–Friday offices next to Victoria Station. Hybrid or fully remote work is not currently an option.
