About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Training & Development (TD), Training & Culture to lead our global training programs and cultural initiatives.
Based in London, this role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing global learning and development strategies, as well as driving cultural engagement programs that align with corporate values and global expansion goals.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of experience in corporate training, leadership development, and cultural transformation within a multinational environment
- Strong cross-cultural understanding, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
While primarily based in London, the role may require global travel to support various training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Design and execute global training programs supporting:
- Employee development
- Leadership growth
- Business expansion
- Oversee learning and development frameworks, including:
- Onboarding
- Leadership development
- Functional training
- Implement innovative learning methodologies, leveraging:
- Digital tools
- eLearning platforms
- In-person workshops
- Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness through:
- Data-driven insights
- Feedback mechanisms

Culture & Engagement
- Lead global cultural initiatives to embed:
- Corporate values
- Vision across international teams
- Develop and deliver:
- Employee engagement programs
- Cultural events
- Diversity & inclusion initiatives
- Partner with senior leadership and HR teams to:
- Drive cultural integration
- Ensure alignment across regions
- Support change management efforts for:
- Smooth adoption of cultural transformation
Stakeholder Management & Global Collaboration
- Collaborate with:
- Senior executives
- HR leaders
- Business units to align training and culture strategies with organizational goals
- Work with regional HR teams to:
- Tailor programs for local market needs while maintaining global excellence
- Engage with external training partners and vendors to source best-in-class learning solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in corporate training, leadership development, or cultural transformation, preferably in a multinational organization
- Proven ability to design and implement large-scale training programs across geographies
- Experienced in shaping and driving corporate culture initiatives globally
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
- Familiarity with:
- Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Digital learning platforms
- HR analytics tools
- Data-driven approach to measuring:
- Training impact
- Cultural engagement
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business, or related field
- Advanced degrees or certificates in Learning & Development preferred
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
