Ballycastle, Co. Antrim | Full Time | On-Site
About myenergi
myenergi is one of the UK and Ireland’s fastest-growing clean energy technology companies, making smart home energy products including EV chargers, solar diverters, and home energy systems. Our Irish business is growing and we’re looking for a senior technical leader to grow with us.
The Role
This is a senior leadership position based full time in Ballycastle. You’ll manage a team of five technical support specialists, own our warranty process, and deliver product training both online and in person. You’ll sit on the myenergi Ireland senior management team and work closely with our GB knowledge base to keep Ireland aligned and ahead.
We’re open to an experienced electrician ready to come off the tools, or a technically strong candidate eager to step into management. Full product training will be provided.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
