Head of Technical Program Management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8–15 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technology Delivery, or Technical Project Management.
  • Proven experience managing multiple enterprise software or cloud transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and vendor relationships.

  • Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Data Platform initiatives.
  • Experience in Digital Transformation or Enterprise Technology programs.
  • Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management.
  • PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
  • Experience within Banking, Government, Technology Consulting, or Enterprise organizations.
