Head of Technical Program Management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technology Delivery, or Technical Project Management.
- Proven experience managing multiple enterprise software or cloud transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and SDLC methodologies.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and vendor relationships.

- Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Data Platform initiatives.
- Experience in Digital Transformation or Enterprise Technology programs.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management.
- PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
- Experience within Banking, Government, Technology Consulting, or Enterprise organizations.
